Who we are

Elleithium Inc. (“Elleithium”, “we”, “us”) is a corporation based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through elleithium.com.

Elleithium operates two ventures — Elyvator (web design and development) and Hyper (HYROX coaching). Those ventures run their own websites, which have their own privacy policies. This policy covers elleithium.com only.

What we collect

We keep collection to a minimum. There are no forms on this site; the only way to send us information is to email us directly.

— Information you choose to send us: your name, email address, and whatever else you include when you contact spark@elleithium.com.

— Technical information: our host records standard server logs — IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and timestamps — for security, diagnostics and reliability.

This site does not ask for and does not collect payment card details, government identifiers, or health information.

How we use it

We use personal information only to reply to your enquiry, to discuss, quote and deliver services you have asked about, to keep the site secure and working, and to meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

Consent

Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), we collect, use and disclose personal information with your knowledge and consent, except where the law permits or requires otherwise.

Sending us a message is your consent for us to use the details in it to respond. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing spark@elleithium.com, subject to legal and contractual restrictions — though withdrawing it may mean we can no longer reply to you.

Cookies, fonts and analytics

This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. WordPress may set functional cookies if you log in to the site or leave a comment.

Webfonts are served from this domain rather than a third-party content delivery network, so simply viewing a page does not disclose your IP address to a font provider.

Service providers

We rely on third parties for web hosting and email. These providers may process personal information on our behalf and may store it on servers located outside Canada, where it can be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction, including lawful access requests.

We use providers that offer a comparable level of protection and we limit them to processing information for the purposes we specify.

Disclosure

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We disclose it only to the service providers described above, where required by law or valid legal process, or where necessary to establish or defend our legal rights.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires. Enquiry correspondence is generally retained while there is an active or reasonably anticipated relationship, and deleted afterwards.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information — access controls, encryption in transit over HTTPS, and keeping software current. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a copy, and ask us to correct anything inaccurate or incomplete. Email spark@elleithium.com and we will respond within 30 days, as PIPEDA requires.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

This site links to elyvator.com, trainhyper.com and external social platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of sites we do not operate. Review their policies separately.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be described on this page.
